Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Las Vegas, NV. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal system performance. Additional tasks include addressing customer concerns, providing recommendations for system improvements, maintaining detailed service records, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills specific to residential HVAC systemsExperience with installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipmentUnderstanding of HVAC safety standards and building codesExcellent communication and customer service skills to explain technical issues clearlyAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordRelevant HVAC certifications and training are highly desirable
