Our team is growing, and we are adding Sourcing Associates to support our recruiters.About the RoleAs a Sourcing Associate, you will find and reach out to potential candidates for open positions our recruiters are working on. This is an entry level role. We provide paid training during your first two weeks, and you will work with a team lead who reviews your progress and answers your questions.What You Will DoSearch for candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal database using the criteria our recruiters provideReview profiles and resumes to check whether candidates match the basic requirements of a roleSend outreach messages and follow ups to potential candidatesKeep candidate records accurate and up to date in our applicant tracking systemPass interested candidates to recruiters with short notes on their backgroundTrack your weekly activity and share updates with your team leadWhat We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plusNo prior recruiting experience requiredComfortable using computers, email, and web based toolsClear written English and a professional tone in messagesOrganized, able to follow a process, and able to manage a daily task listA reliable internet connection and a quiet place to workMust be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the USAvailable to work 40 hours per week during US business hoursNice to HaveExperience in customer service, sales, administrative work, or any role involving a lot of written communicationFamiliarity with LinkedIn or applicant tracking systemsWhat We OfferFully remote workPaid trainingHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) planBiweekly payA clear path to Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter roles for strong performersSourceGeek LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
