Visit www.pulmuonefoodsusa.com to learn more about the company and brands.Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited ToAnalyze sales data, set and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) targets by product categories and channelsManage daily sales update from internal sales team, chains/stores, and manage monthly ending sales forecastManage multiple projects effectively and handle scheduling efficientlyResearch and develop in-store sales & marketing promotion strategy including in store display, visual merchandizing and promotional materials for Asian channel productsOversee expense management and efficiency, including demonstration budget and ROI review on all expensesUpdate weekly sales latest forecast and analyze Yearly (YTD) sales trendManage variety of sales report including new product sales report, review monthly sales per sales channel & product categoriesForecast yearly demand and develop inventory operation plan for import productsSupport SCM with ingredients/raw materials order processing for local productionSupport SCM division with initial order quantity, reorder point for import SKUs based on quantitative and qualitative analysisDevelop and maintain capitalized channel strategies and product category to support growth and maximize profitabilityIdentify emerging markets, market shifts, and competitor activityCreate monthly review of key account performance and activitiesAssist with ad hoc reports or other responsibilities as assignedSkills/QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred3~5 years of relevant work experienceBilingual skills in KoreanExcellent in verbal and written communication skillsStrong MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPointAbility to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlinesAbility to work independentlyThis position is fully onsite at our Fullerton location.
