Hospitality Front Desk Agent Weekend Overnight Shift
About the Position:This is an Essential Position which means you are required to report to work in inclement weather, and during emergency events without delay or disruption.This position is Part-Time, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Overnight Shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM); 24 Hours per week. Must be able to work some Holidays and other shifts, as needed.Must be able to attend initial 1 to 2-week mandatory training during daytime hours M-F.Requirements:Customer Service Experience or Hotel ExperienceDemonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.Demonstrates database management knowledge / skills.Proficient aptitude for using MicroSoft Office application. Responsibilities:Provide best customer service practicesGreet, check in, and checkout the Lodge guestsAnswer and direct all phone callsGenerate and distribute night audit reports Respond to emergency situationsApply policies and proceduresPrepare room inventoryMaintain room availabilityArrange campus shuttle transportationAssign room keys accordinglyAssist guests with locked safesMaintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and organized work areaCheck and balance all future reservations for patientsProvide daily continental breakfast for all guestsProcess reservations on the Visual One systemResolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to the managementBalance all shift audits in order to correct any errors that might impact patients/caregivers stay at the Lodge Coordinate repairs with maintenance teamAssist in dealing with problems as they arise and day-to-day trouble shootingEnsure that shift handovers and briefings are carried out
