This role ensures excellent financial and operational performance of Clorox Purell's manufacturing operations while safeguarding the company's Supply Chain resources and assets. This role will serve as a trusted business partner to one of our Plant Operations Directors, providing data, insights, critical problem solving and recommendatons leading to continuous improvement of our Supply Chain Manufacturing operations. Integral partner to SCLT (supply chain leadership team).Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesDeliver the financial and operational reporting and analysis for manufacturing operations at one of our manufacturing/districbution centersEstablish cost and performance targets, including financial and operational forecasts, budgets and longer range strategic plansPartner with Corporate Accounting to establish standard product costs, including material cost inputs and standard labor and overhead ratesLead cost savings and working capital efficiency initiativesParticipates in Plant Leadership Team, guiding and leading site performanceProvide trusted business partnership for one of our plant Operations Directors - support by providing information, analysis, insights, problem solving, strategy development and indirect leadershipPartner with the Operations Finance Director to drive Supply Chain Performance - including but not limited to cost reduction, margin expansion and working capital efficiencyEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting field required; MBA preferredMinimum six (6) years' experience working in Finance, Supply Chain and/or other financial rolesExperience establishing cost and performance targets, forecasts, budgets and longer range strategic plans in a multi-site manufacturing environmentApplicable knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principlesExperience using financial, analytical and data visualization tools (SAP/S4, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau helpful)Ability to see and understand whole system/big picture needs with the ability to drill in and solve point specific problemsStrategic and analytical mindset - ability to connect data trends and insights to business performance, driving recommendationsAbility to work in ambiguous settings while still managing to important timelines and milestonesSupervision/CoordinationReports to the Operations Finance DirectorCollaborates directly with SCLT, FP&A, Operations Finance, Accounting and multiple supply chain workgroups and Enterprise teamsRole TypeMostly On-Site - 80%+ on-site workTravel RequirementsOvernight Travel - sporadic - required.FLSA StatusExemptCompensation & BenefitsThe expected starting pay for this role is between 111,500.00 - 153,300.00 per year. Within this range, an offer will depend on factors such as level of experience and technical competencies relevant to this specific role, as well as internal equity considerations.
