Job Description– Interact with customers to determine their needs– Make product suggestions/upsell to the customer– Determine product needs and services by working directly with customers– Handle incoming phone calls as well as walk in counter customers– Demonstrate functions and features of newly purchased parts– Place and track part orders for their customers– Work with parts manager and other locations Shipping and receiving in parts
