The individual will lead regional sales initiatives, manage customer relationships, oversee sales operations, and build strategies to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, identifying opportunities for business development, managing sales teams, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The role requires strategic thinking, effective leadership, and a focus on achieving sales objectives while fostering client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations, including developing and meeting sales goalsExperience in Team Management, with the ability to lead, inspire, and mentor sales teams effectivelyProven expertise in Business Development and identifying opportunities for growth and partnershipExceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to maintain and strengthen client relationshipsProficient communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in the industry or related sectors is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
