Receptionist and Social Media Coordinator

Technology Plus is seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys interacting with both customers and internal teams. In addition to managing front office duties, the coordinator will play a key role in maintaining our social media presence.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Duties:Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take messages.Update and manage customer tickets with detailed call information.Greet customers and walk-ins, create tickets for drop-offs, and accept payments.Manage the general upkeep of the office, including ordering supplies and maintaining common areas.Social Media Coordination:Collaborate with the team to post weekly updates on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and potentially Instagram.Engage with online audiences through relevant and consistent content.Customer Relations & Internal Communication:Communicate effectively with clients and the internal team.Listen to customers' needs, document information clearly, and pass it on to the appropriate departments.Special Projects:Manage birthday and anniversary celebrations, including decorations and gifts.Prepare monthly or bi-monthly praises emails to celebrate team successes.Assist with mailing invoices, processing payments, and helping with light accounting tasks.QualificationsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, etc.).Attention to detail, particularly when handling customer information and office tasks.A positive, customer-focused attitude.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred (2-3 years of experience).Why Join Technology Plus?At Technology Plus, our story began in 1995, driven by a vision to provide personalized service in the fast-evolving world of technology.
