Job DescriptionSalary: $65,000 - $72,000Bring joy, purpose, and connection to every day.Sedgebrook Senior Living is looking for a passionate Health Center Life Enrichment Manager to lead and deliver dynamic, person-centered programs that enrich the lives of our residents and support whole-person wellness.What You’ll Do Lead and mentor Activity Assistants while overseeing daily programming Design and implement engaging activities aligned with the 8 Dimensions of Wellness Plan and host events including outings, entertainment, discussion groups, and one-on-one experiences Develop personalized activity plans through resident assessments Create and promote monthly calendars and communications Facilitate resident council and family meetings Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional experiences Manage program supplies, budgets, and regulatory documentation Track resident engagement and program outcomes What You Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in therapeutic recreation or activity programming (healthcare or senior living preferred) Passion for working with older adults, including those with dementia and cognitive impairments Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us?
