The Environmental, Health and Safety Coordinator will provide administrative support for EHS functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the EHS team with various tasks. Working with stakeholders, managing documentation and tracking key performance Responsibilities:Organize/file employee EHS training foldersOrganize cabin/desk drawers in EHS officePlace forklift exams in employee EHS training foldersShred obsolete documents and foldersOrganize/scan/file RMI (ESC) manifests by month/yearOrganize/scan/file contractor onboarding formsEnter manifest data (date, manifest number, weight) in spread sheetEnter invoice information (date, amount, total number of loads, weight, etc., in spread sheets for Republic Services and RMIOrganize and close JHAs, Live work permits, Hot Works permits, located in EHS office traysOrganize/update EHS binders – air permit documents/stack test results, dust, collector readings, storm water permit documents, wastewater permits documents, PACE lab results, XRF device, ammonia response, monthly SWPPP SPCC inspections, Opacity inspections, Stack readings, etc.Review plant SDS list – verify the latest version is in the filePreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in an Environmental, Health and Safety administrative role in a manufacturing, industrial or military environmentStrong knowledge of EHS principles, OSHA standards, EPA regulations, and occupational health practices.Proven experience in training development related to environmental health and safety topics.Excellent report writing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.What Will Put You Ahead:Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or Biological ScienceExperience with environmental permitting (i.e.: air and storm water) and reportingCertified Safety Professional (CSP)Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
