Job Summary:Village Caregiving in London, Kentucky is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide personalized care to a clients in the BRONSTON, KY area. This is a part-time, hourly home care position. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for helping our clients with daily tasks and activities to ensure they can maintain a comfortable and independent lifestyle in their own homes.Compensation & Benefits:As an In-Home Caregiver at Village Caregiving, you will receive a competitive hourly wage, as well as the opportunity for overtime and bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities.Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting- Help with meal preparation and feeding- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management- Accompany clients to doctor's appointments and other outings- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, and dishes- Engage in conversation and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate parties- Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided- Adhere to all health and safety regulationsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred- Knowledge of basic medical and healthcare practices- Compassionate and patient demeanor- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screeningEEOC Statement:
