We are seeking a highly strategic sourcing professional to partner closely with engineering and operations teams to drive supplier strategy, cost optimization, and supply chain scalability for complex new product development programs.This is a high-impact role where you will influence sourcing decisions early in the design cycle, develop strong global supplier partnerships, and help bring innovative products to market.Job Duties: Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for New Product Development (NPD/NPI) programsPartner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Project Management teamsInfluence design-for-manufacturability, cost reduction, and supplier selection strategiesIdentify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for precision components, materials, and manufacturing processesNegotiate supplier agreements balancing quality, innovation, delivery, and costDrive total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis and lifecycle cost managementSupport supplier qualification, performance management, and continuous improvement initiativesDevelop scalable sourcing strategies while mitigating supply chain riskServe as a key escalation point for supplier and procurement-related challengesQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience within:Medical DeviceLife SciencesAutomationPrecision ManufacturingComplex Engineered ProductsStrong experience supporting New Product Development (NPD/NPI) environmentsDeep understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier qualification, and technical sourcingProven negotiation and supplier relationship management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environmentExperience with ERP systems and strong Excel skillsAPICS (CPIM/CSCP) or CPSM certifications preferredExperience with global sourcing strongly preferredQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
