Compliance SpecialistNapa, CA$32/hourFull-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMTeam 360 Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join a growing company in Napa, CA specializing in premium frozen fruit and vegetable purees. This role is responsible for supporting food safety, regulatory compliance, supplier documentation, audit preparation, and internal quality systems to ensure company standards and industry regulations are consistently met.Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and organize food safety, compliance, and regulatory documentation• Review records to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards• Support HACCP, FSMA, GMP, and supplier compliance programs• Assist with internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections• Maintain supplier approvals and certification records• Update SOPs, compliance procedures, and quality documentation• Support investigations related to non-conformances, corrective actions, and customer complaints• Coordinate documentation requests from customers, suppliers, and internal teams• Ensure accurate recordkeeping within ERP systems and company databases• Assist with inventory documentation, traceability, and product release records• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to food safety and complianceQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, or related field preferred• 1–3 years of experience in Compliance, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Regulatory Affairs, or related roles within food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries preferred• Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, FSMA, GMPs, and food safety systems• Experience with supplier approvals, audit preparation, and compliance documentation preferred• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word• Experience working with ERP systems and document management systems preferred• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment• HACCP certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification• Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not requiredPhysical Requirements:• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods• Occasionally required to visit warehouse and production areas• Ability to lift up to 25–32 lbs periodically• Ability to work onsite during operational or audit activities as neededBenefits:• 401(k)• Paid Time OffIf you are interested or know someone who may be a great fit, please message me directly or apply today.
