Facilities Technician 4

Seeking a Facilities Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and services on building systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Water, Wastewater) for offices, labs, and manufacturing facilities.Monitor equipment performance, ensure SOP compliance, and complete work orders timely.Coordinate with vendors and respond quickly to trouble calls to minimize downtime.Support shutdown planning and be flexible with overtime, including holidays.Work at heights and in confined spaces as needed.Requirements include 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience, technical training or equivalent, safety compliance, strong communication skills, and interpretation of technical manuals. A Massachusetts Grade 2 Wastewater License must be obtained within a year.The role is on a rotating COP shift, with a wage range of $35-$48/hour, and offers benefits like health coverage, 401k, paid time off, and a performance bonus.
