Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Neonatal ICU (NICU) in last 3 years.EMR EpicSkills Assessment NEI skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years.Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of this health system in the past year.Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: at least two years of Level IV NICU experience, trach/vent experience, a BSN degree or an ADN with eight plus years of Level IV NICU experience in a teaching and children's facility.Additional Confirmations This is a children's hospital that requires all clinicians that work there to have pediatric experience.Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend.
