Learning & Development Program Coordinator
Job Title: Learning Planning LeadLocation: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)Duration: 6-Month ContractAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Learning Planning Lead to support key internal technology enablement initiatives, including AI adoption, cybersecurity awareness, and workplace productivity tools. This role will partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and learning teams to coordinate and deliver engaging learning experiences for employees across a global enterprise environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end learning logistics, including scheduling, registrations, communications, calendar management, and post-event follow-up.Coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to gather requirements and drive learning initiatives on schedule.Assess learner needs and help develop learning strategies aligned with business objectives.Support the planning, design, and development of learning materials, presentations, facilitator guides, and on-demand resources.Assist with the delivery and facilitation of virtual and in-person learning sessions.Ensure learning programs include appropriate surveys, feedback mechanisms, and evaluation methods.Maintain project documentation, meeting schedules, and learning program communications.Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of learning initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree.3+ years of experience in project coordination, program planning, learning operations, training coordination, or corporate learning and development.Strong organizational and project management skills.Experience managing calendars, schedules, registrations, and stakeholder communications.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting learning programs related to AI, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, digital workplace tools, or enterprise technology solutions.Experience facilitating virtual learning sessions using Zoom, Teams, Webex, or similar platforms.Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM.Experience creating visually engaging learning materials and presentations.Experience working in Agile environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
