Sr Oracle EBS Project LeadType: Full Time/Direct Hire Location: Davenport, IA; Danville, IL; and Hutchinson, KSResponsibilitiesImplements multiple, strategic information systems projects across the GRP North America locations utilizing Oracle EBS Order to Cash (OtC) Develops unified processes to standardize the OtC application footprint in preparation for the Oracle upgradeManages production support teams, project deployment teams, and off-shore development teamsGuides and directs project team member activities to ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality project deliveryGuides and directs support team member activities to ensure SLA and customer satisfaction targetsDrives OtC solution standardization between GRP and Extrusions business unit locationsUtilizes Client Deployment Framework (ADF) project management methodology to manage day-to-day operational and technical aspects of multiple, large-scale OtC projectsDevelops and manages capital budget request documentation and expense budgetsProactively manages capital spend processes, including monthly capital expense forecasts for responsible projectsEnsures project solutions align with client's compliance standards (client Self-Assessment Tests, ITAR, DFARS, SOX, etc.) Proactively performs risk management to minimize project risksExperienced with B2B Commerce partnerships and EDI deploymentsInitiates innovation and change that delivers measurable valueAligns ERP OtC information systems resourcing needs across GRP business units to meet the most urgent business needsDevelops and executes a strategy to align information systems processes between GRP to streamline ERP OtC production supportKey ObjectivesPartners with business leaders to prioritize project needs and ensure highest business needs are resourced appropriatelyAligns priorities of project deliverables and timelines among multiple business stakeholders across the BUEstablishes and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers to identify and on-board qualified contract resourcesAligns with Davenport & Satellites IT Manager to balance resource capacity of location resources to project needsMaintains strong collaboration and partnership with business functional owners, Global information systems, procurement, finance, engineering, and plant lead team membersInspires team to generate and deliver new value-add ideasRegularly communicates project status to project steering team and stakeholdersAddresses issues promptly and escalates issues appropriately to project steering teamResolves team conflicts and escalates appropriatelySupports client Compliance activities by performing annual system testing for adherence to IT System and SOX Audit requirements, assists SOX audit teams and internal audit teams as required, and performs Disaster Recovery testing as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 5 years' minimum experience in a similar role. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field from an accredited institutionExperience in a manufacturing, quality systems, metals industrySubject matter expert in EBS Order to CashDemonstrated application support and operations management experienceExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong business process and manufacturing knowledgeEffective people and team leadership skillsKnowledge of multiple project management methodologiesExperience with ASAT / internal audit processesExperience with Issue and Financial managementUnderstanding of Datamarts and data transformationCreative thinker
