Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a boutique trial and litigation firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its Corporate Restructuring Practice Group. As the Paralegal, you will work closely with attorneys and legal staff playing a key role across a variety of active bankruptcy matters. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity that offers the flexibility of one remote day per week after a successful onboarding period. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle electronic court filings in state and federal trial and appellate courtsDocket, calendar, and monitor deadlines, hearings, and court dates for active mattersOrganize and maintain pleadings, exhibits, hearing notebooks, indexes, and case filesReview, prepare, and process legal documents, including pleadings, court orders, and related filingsPrepare Tables of Contents, Tables of Authorities, and appendices for court submissionsProvide comprehensive litigation and administrative support to attorneys in the bankruptcy and restructuring practiceCoordinate with attorneys, staff, and court personnel to communicate case status and ensure compliance with court rules and firm procedures QualificationsAt least 5 years' experience supporting bankruptcy litigation, with direct hands-on Chapter 11 experience requiredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, with experience using CM/ECF and PACERStrong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExceptional attention to detail, including strong written and verbal communication and proofreading skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively, building effective relationships with attorneys, staff, clients, vendors, and court personnelProven ability to perform well under pressure, multitask, and maintain flexibility, including availability for overtime as neededBachelor's degree preferred; Paralegal certification preferred (BLS certification a plus) If you are an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant with a focus on bankruptcy litigation, we encourage you to apply.
