This is a pivotal leadership role designed for a strategic visionary who excels at organizational scaling, high-level stakeholder management, and operational excellence.As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of our Florida-based initiatives, ensuring that Sigma Smart Services remains a leader in market-ready infrastructure and institutional-grade service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term vision for Sigma Smart Services in the Miami hub, aligning regional goals with the broader corporate roadmap.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all business units meet rigorous performance benchmarks and compliance standards.Team Building & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for institutional partners, regulatory bodies, and key industry players.Financial Oversight: Manage regional P&L, budgeting, and capital allocation to drive sustainable growth and maximize operational efficiency.Governance & Risk: Ensure all activities adhere to the highest standards of transparency and corporate governance.QualificationsExperience: 15+ years of senior executive experience (VP, Director, or C-suite), preferably within FinTech, PropTech, or high-tech infrastructure.Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a leading institution is highly preferred.Leadership: Proven track record of scaling startups or managing complex business units through rapid growth phases.Network: Strong professional ties within the Miami business ecosystem or deep experience working with institutional/government stakeholders.Communication: Exceptional bilingual or multilingual communication skills (preferred) and a natural ability to negotiate complex agreements.Mindset: A builder’s mentality—comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a "private build" or high-growth environment.
