Front Desk Agent

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our WELLNESS team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* - Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. - Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. - Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and reservations. - Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Schedule appointments, call patients for reminders to refill or bloodwork treatments keep records of patient interactions and report to wellness specialist. - Assist with night audit responsibilities as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. - Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. - Provide multilingual support to enhance guest experiences for non-English speaking visitors. - Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of hospitality. *Qualifications* - Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred. - Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. - Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable. - Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. - A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding service in the hospitality industry. - Experience with night audit processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
