This full-time on-site role offers a salary range of $75,000–$115,000, depending on experience, along with flexibility and long-term growth potential.This Estimator will work closely with leadership, project teams, customers, and vendors to prepare project estimates, review plans/specifications, coordinate pricing, and support ongoing project opportunities. The role combines office-based estimating work with occasional site visits and customer meetings.The ideal Estimator candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.This organization offers a supportive, family-oriented environment where employees are given autonomy and trusted to manage their work effectively.
