I am seeking a highly organized and dynamic Personal Assistant to support my fast-paced and growing portfolio of multiple businesses. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily schedules and manage appointments, including personal commitments (e.g., doctor’s appointments, meetings).
Communicate clearly and effectively with multiple staff members across different locations and businesses.
Manage various projects simultaneously, maintaining focus and efficiency.
Handle travel arrangements and be available to travel as needed.
Provide personal support as needed in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
