Restoration Technician

Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 Health benefits, retirement, paid time off, and paid major holidays. Willingness to grow is a must as this position could lead to a supervisor position within our company. Responsibilities/Job Duties Respond to jobs and initiate water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation according to IICRC and Rainbow International standards in a timely manner. Proper setup of professional drying equipment. Monitor of drying conditions in atmosphere and building materials. Capable of performing detailed cleaning and structural demolition. Being part of a team Accurate documentation Packing out of personal items Cleaning of personal items and structures All Rainbow team members follow the principles of honesty and integrity, and represent the company culture through our values, vision, and mission. Qualifications Valid driver's license and transportation required. Must pass criminal background. Basic knowledge and experience with hand tools and power tools. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.) Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills. Knowledge of technology (taking photos, iPad and navigating apps) Professional appearance and attitude is required. Since we are a 24 hour emergency service company, technician must be willing and able to work a rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Effective oral communication within company and with customers No experience is required but if you are IICRC certified that is a plus.
