Helpdesk Analyst

OverviewWe are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist with a strong customer service mindset and solid technical foundation to support end users in a corporate environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting IT issues while delivering an excellent user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issuesManage and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or a similar IT ticketing systemTroubleshoot and support Windows operating systems and Office 365 applicationsAssist with user account management in Active Directory, including provisioning, deactivation, and password resetsDiagnose and resolve issues related to wireless connectivity and general networkingDocument issues, resolutions, and processes clearly within the ticketing systemCommunicate effectively with users of varying technical skill levels to ensure timely resolutionEscalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessaryQualifications2+ years of help desk or technical support experience in a corporate environmentWorking knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshootingExperience with ServiceNow or other ITSM/ticketing platformsFamiliarity with wireless technologies, networking concepts, and Windows OSHands-on experience with Office 365 and Active DirectorySkills & CompetenciesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact professionally with a wide range of end usersExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellencePreferredRelevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are a plusJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
