Facilities Planner

Facilities Planner/DesignerResponsible for managing interior space planning and design projects, including space allocation, layout development, and furniture utilization aligned with operational needs and future planning objectives. Maintains facility space and furniture inventories, establishes design and aesthetic standards, and supports long-range space planning initiatives.Designs and coordinates workspace layouts, oversees furniture and equipment selection or customization, prepares project specifications and bid documents, and ensures compliance with organizational standards. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects, manage resources, and support renovations or construction-related activities.Requires a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Facility Management, Interior Design, or related field, with 3–5 years of facilities or architectural planning experience. Proficiency in CADD MicroStation, strong PC skills, and experience with Autodesk Revit preferred. Hybrid role requiring onsite presence approximately three days per week.
