Customer Service Representative

Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are seeking Customer service focused individuals who are looking to grow in a large corporation!Responsibilities:Answering and making multiple calls using a multi-line phone system in timely manner.Communicating clearly via phone and email to all parties on the details of their transaction.Must be able to multitask within the operating system while on the phone, collecting the necessary information to proceed with the scheduling of the transaction.Employee will be responsible for securely sending documentation regarding the transaction to all parties.Will need to work closely with outside vendors and internal employees to effectively schedule appointment times and locations.Employee should be a problem solver and be able to quickly resolve any scheduling conflicts.Participates in other duties as assigned.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of customer service-related work experienceExperience with Microsoft Office applications and general computer usExcellent communication skills including active listening.Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns.Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsDetails:Full Time, M-F flexible to all the shifts 9am-9pmPay: $18-$20Company DescriptionAbout Pathfinders, Inc.Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.Pathfinders, Inc. was established in 1997 as a full service staffing solutions provider.
