If you're driven by growth, collaboration, and purpose, this opportunity is made for you.We're hiring for our Green Bay and Madison, WI offices.Visit our website to learn about our people, culture, and community impact.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the project teams, departments, and clientsAssist with project schedule updates, budget management, and contract managementDevelop budget and issue reportsSchedule and attend meetings across all project teams/departments; develop agenda and take meeting notes at all project team meetingsCommunicate and build working relationships with internal and external customersAll other duties assignedJob Requirements3+ years’ experience of administration assistance in accounting, business administration, or engineering (degree preferred)Ability to complete tasks with limited guidanceExcellent organizational skillsAdaptive and flexible with alternate responsibilitiesStrong attention to detail to complete quality workExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with a team of several people cooperativelyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel primarily) and document reader software, specifically Adobe or BluebeamFamiliarity with project management tools and applicationsFederal/State contracting is a plusA valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferencesTo be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is locatedTo occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related workLife at JT: The Benefits and PerksBenefitsAt JT, we offer more than just a job - we provide a thriving workplace culture and exceptional benefits.
