Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the Logistics Facility day-to-day tasks effectively and efficiently: Loads and unloads trucks and trailers for daily shipments and returns Pulls tool orders Maintains electronic records of tool inventory through approved software application Documents and puts away returning tools Inspects returning tools to ensure that they are complete, in proper operational order and in a usable state of cleanliness Maintains electronic records for the staging and receiving of jobsite materials via approved software application Assists with the preparation and staging of finished goods from Prefabrication Is responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the Logistics Facility Performs other duties as assigned by management Work Experience Required: Valid driver's license required Ability to take direction from others Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Possesses or has a willingness to obtain a forklift license Possesses or has a willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification Education: Required: High school diploma or equivalent Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Intermediate computer skills Demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills as well as attention to detail Adapts quickly to changing work environments Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Life and AD&D insurance 401(k) with 5% company match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Annual performance reviews Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-profile projects Employee Stock Ownership Program: We don't just work for lighthouse-we own it.
