We strive to uphold a legacy of quality, tradition, and exceptional service. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator based in Wallkill, NY. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing private and public events held at the winery. The role requires working closely with clients to understand their needs, coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring the success of events. The Event Coordinator will also assist with customer communication, on-the-day event oversight, and the promotion of winery offerings, including sales and bookings. Qualifications Event Planning and Event Management experienceStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsSales experience, particularly in promoting services or venuesAbility to work effectively in a team and maintain a professional demeanor with clientsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple events concurrentlyPrior experience in the hospitality, winery, or food service industries is a plusProficiency in using event management tools and software is advantageousFlexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings, as required by events
