The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, servicing, and maintaining low voltage systems, including security cameras, access control systems, intercoms, and burglar alarms. If you’re a reliable technician with a passion for problem-solving and personal growth, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and maintain physical security devices in both commercial and residential settings.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with low voltage systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.Communicate effectively with clients to assess needs and provide excellent customer service.Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations.Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve service offerings.RequirementsExperience in low voltage work, specifically in security systems (cameras, access control, intercoms, burglar alarms).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and effective time management abilities.A dedicated and hard-working attitude with a desire for personal and professional growth.Familiarity with new technologies and a willingness to embrace innovation.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in a technician role within the security industry.Certifications related to low voltage systems or security systems are a plus.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
