Make Ready Technician

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Ready Technician.Responsibilities:Assist with various construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on construction tools and equipment.Prepare units for occupancy, including cleaning, repairs, and renovations (make-ready units).Ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working condition.Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.Provide excellent service during all project phases.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Requirements:Must have own set of tools.Must own a pickup truck.Prior experience in construction and make-ready units is required. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Dallas, TX (Required) Ability to Relocate: Dallas, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
