Parts Manager

Banks Construction Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our team. As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory and distribution of parts, supplies and small tools for our organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain inventory levels of parts, supplies and small tools
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Monitor and track parts usage and order replacement parts as needed
Work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of parts
Train and supervise staff members responsible for parts inventory and distribution
Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions and inventory levels
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in parts management or related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Heavy Equipment and Commercial Truck parts preferred
