Job Title:Hybrid Visual/UX Designer Job ID: (80290) Position Type: Full-time Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) Role/Responsibilities Executehigh‑quality visual designfor Product web experiences, including product imagery, layouts, and supporting visuals Apply and extendvisual systemsto ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment across experiences Translate creative direction fromthe Creative Leadinto polished, execution‑ready designs Collaborate closely withwriters, UX Designers and project managersto meet launch timelines and deliverables Work efficiently withinestablished design systems and component frameworks Handleconfidential and pre‑launch workwith discretion and professionalism Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining ahigh quality bar Optimize designs for different viewports and contexts (desktop, mobile, responsive layouts) Deliver clean, well‑organized design files that support smooth handoff and downstream execution Qualifications & Experience Minimum Requirements Strongvisual design fundamentals(layout, typography, color, hierarchy, composition) (non-negotiable) Some knowledge and comfortability withUX and UX principles Some knowledge and comfortability with usingAIto generate assets, templates, and designs Proven experience working withvisual systems or design systems Mastery ofFigma(non-negotiable) Strong working knowledge ofAdobe Photoshop Ability to movequickly and confidentlywhile maintaining visual quality Comfortable working infast‑moving, highly collaborative team environments Trusted partner who can work onconfidential work and sensitive launches Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and eager to move fast Ready to learn and adopt new AI toolsto improve speed, iteration, and creative exploration; curiosity and growth mindset expected Experience with pre-production and production for web.
