AV Audio/Video Consultant

Job Title: Audio/Video ConsultantLocation: Atlanta, GA 30328Mode : Contract (6+ Months) (Day 1 Onsite)Rate - $38/hr on W2 (No Benefits)Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign, implementation, and improvement of the Audio and video conferencing servicesExperience designing conferencing and voice solutions across a geographically diverse environmentWork with team to identify the design needs for cost effective solutions.Assess and approve all voice and video equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.Ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and updated.Take escalations from support teams and provide root cause analysis and advanced problem management.Develop KBs for operating and full documentation of solutions.Provide root cause analysis and advanced problem management.Works with training Client to develop learning content and best practices for using room equipment and Teams meetings.Ensure standard operating procedures are formally in place and followed.Producer for large meetings and providing consulting for other large meetings.5+ years of Voice & Video experience. Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Room hardware.Self-directed, fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented
