Water / Fire / Mold Cleaning Laborer

Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Corp - - Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate mitigation activities, including water extraction, drying, mold remediation, smoke and odor removal, and other restoration efforts.; Oversee the setup and operation of equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and air scrubbers.; Monitor and document project progress, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.; Inspect job sites before, during, and after mitigation to ensure work meets quality and customer expectations.; Ensure that all required documentation (e.g., work orders, time logs, and inspections) is accurately completed.
