Sr. Knowledge Manager – Ft. Meade, MDSalary: 130KClearance: (TS/SCI CI poly – will sponsor for CI poly if needed)Position OverviewWe are looking for a senior Knowledge Manager to join our CYBERCOM team.ResponsibilitiesPrimarily responsible for managing incoming requirements, ensure that the task guidance is clear, communicating to the team responsible for completing the task, and tracking metricsAble to define and fulfill emerging client requestsUse discussions and workshops with leadership and fellow teammates to identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvementAssists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic productionUses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processesCompiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskingsRequired QualificationsMin of 12 yrs of experience related to specific labor category w/at least a portion of the experience w/in last 2 yearsCurrent TS/SCI Clearance with CI poly, or ability to obtain poly prior to start dateStrong attention to detail, flexibility, strong communication skills, problem solving skillsPerforms administrative SharePoint duties to include, but not limited to, development and maintenance of SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries; troubleshooting of technical issues with SharePoint users; and ensuring proper access controls are utilized for operational security managementPerforms web application development duties that involve software development utilizing multiple programming languages to include, but not limited to, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, and C#/VB.NETSharePoint and web development shall be in support of, but not limited to, the Knowledge Management Strategy and the Dissemination Tool (e.g., HighPoint/SharePoint)Successful Completion of Pre-Employment Background Investigation requiredThe status of applicable COVID-19 vaccination requirements under Executive Order 14042 are subject to change depending on applicable court orders and the course of ongoing litigation.
