Medical Assistant for Specialty Practice

We have a full-time medical assistant opening at a specialty clinic in Medford. It is desired to have previous medical experience, 1-2 years in a healthcare setting working as an MA/CMA using NextGen, or familiarity with other EMR software. Must maintain professionalism, provide detailed care, work efficiently, communicate well, and ensure excellent patient care.Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 5 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.Starting wages DOE $20-$25Duties include:Rooming patientsPatient treatment preparationObtaining test resultsAssist and set up for procedures,Responsibilities: Room clean-up and sanitationOrder testsPrescription refillsInstrument and autoclavingPatient call backsAssist with insurance referralsSterilizationMaintain patient confidentiality, be professional, provide excellent customer service, and be a team player.
