Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. A General Maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas. This position engages in casual conversation with guests and has a direct impact on the guest experience.Must have availability for both AM, PM, and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Salary Starting hourly rate is $23.00 per hour, based on experienceQualifications 1 – 2 years of maintenance experience required Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred Strong troubleshooting skills (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, etc.) Refined communication skills Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods of time Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weightWe offer excellent benefits!
