This is a Fulltime - Nights Shift opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Marietta, Georgia.Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.Key Responsibilities:Deliver safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation)Manage critically ill patients and respond effectively to rapidly changing clinical conditionsAdminister medications and treatments safely, following proper protocols and sterile techniquesMonitor patient progress and document care accuratelyCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of careEducate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and recovery plansAdapt to different units and facilities, providing consistent, high-quality careMaintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, standards, and safety guidelinesKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Skills: Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilitiesAbility to handle complex and high-acuity patient casesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptability to work across multiple units and facilitiesStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentTeam-oriented mindset with a patient-centered approachAbility to remain calm under pressureBachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or diploma from an accredited nursing programLicensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (compact or single state)Basic Life Support (BLS) requiredAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) requiredMinimum 2+ years of recent RN experience in a relevant clinical settingLanguage: Proficiency in English (written and verbal)Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar fulltime positions.
