SERVER / SMOOTHIE MAKER Tango Mango – 4101 Gilmer Rd Longview, TX 75601 Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Pay: $7.25 per hour + Shared Tips Tango Mango is looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy serving people, working with a team, and staying productive in a fast-paced restaurant. We are a family-owned Asian fast-casual restaurant serving family recipes rooted in tradition since 1993, along with handcrafted smoothies and refreshing specialty treats. We care deeply about excellent food, clean restaurants, accurate orders, and making every guest feel welcome. WHAT YOU’LL DO Greet every guest warmly and provide friendly, attentive service Take accurate dine-in, takeout, and drive-thru orders Operate the register and handle payments responsibly Prepare smoothies, specialty drinks, and desserts according to our recipes Check every order for accuracy before giving it to the guest Answer menu questions and help guests choose items Stock cups, ingredients, sauces, and service supplies Maintain clean counters, dining areas, drink stations, and equipment Follow food-safety, sanitation, and handwashing procedures Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities Support coworkers wherever help is needed WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR The ideal team member is: Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Naturally friendly and respectful Calm and focused during busy periods Detail-oriented about recipes, cleanliness, and order accuracy Comfortable learning the menu and making recommendations Able to accept coaching and work as part of a team Available for weekends and holidays Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Restaurant, customer-service, cashier, or smoothie-making experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
