HVAC Senior Service Technician

We have technicians making 100K a year, endless opportunities with continued career growth!Job ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions and inefficiencies.Install new HVAC systems and components, including ductwork, wiring, and controls.Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, codes, and regulations.Provide customers with detailed reports on system conditions and suggested maintenance or repairs.Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and service calls.Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects efficiently.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements and HVAC technologies.Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during service and repair activities.Use specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and propose solutions.Manage inventory and order parts as needed to ensure timely repairs and installations. xawqmygProvide training and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices when necessary.Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDHVAC certification or diploma from an accredited trade schoolValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMinimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repairProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagramsStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning unitsAbility to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues efficientlyFamiliarity with local HVAC codes and regulationsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spacesStrong customer service and communication skillsWillingness to work on-call shifts and overtime as neededBasic computer skills for documentation and reportingEPA certification for handling refrigerantsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRead the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.Compensation details: 6 Yearly SalaryPI05edc58c11df-31181-39504795
