Data Engineer

DescriptionWe’re seeking a motivated and detail oriented Data Engineer to join our growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional looking to build hands-on experience designing modern data solutions that directly impact business operations and decision making. In this role you will work closely with cross functional teams to help transition and modernize our existing ETL pipelines into scalable ELT processes, develop reporting and dashboard solutions, and support future AI and analytics initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain ELT pipelines that move and transform data between business systems and databasesAssist in transitioning ETL workflows into scalable, efficient ELT processesWork with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases to support operational and analytical needsDevelop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objectsCreate and maintain business reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, SSRS, and related reporting toolsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insightsMonitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, integrations, and reporting workflows to ensure reliability and accuracyDocument data processes, workflows, and technical solutions for internal teamsCollaborate with software developers and operational teams to support enterprise data initiativesStay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in data engineering and analyticsRequirementsAssociate’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field0-3 years of professional experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or related technical rolesStrong foundational knowledge of SQL and relational database conceptsExperience working with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDBFamiliarity with data integration and workflow tools such as Apache NifiExperience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, or similar business intelligence platformsUnderstanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data transformation workflowsBasic understanding of data modeling, normalization, and database design principlesStrong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a collaborative environmentEagerness to learn new technologies and grow within a data engineering career pathIf you meet the above requirements and are excited about the opportunity to work with a talented team on challenging projects, we encourage you to apply.
