Job Title: Server Location: Paso Robles, CA Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by providing exceptional service and showcasing our diverse menu offerings. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary needs. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience and promptly address any issues or requests. Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests. Stay knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and restaurant promotions. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Qualifications: Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service. Basic math skills for handling payments.
