This role is based at St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, a charming suburb of Seattle.Board Certified with ACOGA minimum of 2 years of post-residency experience in obstetrics and gynecology is essentialBecome part of a well-established and active women's health team, which includes 5 OBGYN physicians, 6 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).The group handles approximately 140–160 deliveries each monthWork schedule consists of seven 24-hour shifts monthlyResponsibilities involve providing continuous on-site labor and delivery support, collaborating with CNMs, and offering emergency coverage for gynecological surgeries.Compensation ranges from $325,021 to $481,790Federal Way is a suburban area that serves as a commuter hub for both Seattle and Tacoma. Nestled on a plateau between Puget Sound and the Green River Valley, it is located roughly 25 miles south of downtown Seattle and 8 miles north of downtown Tacoma.
