This role will primarily support recruiting efforts for our Operations teams, including Video and Alarm Dispatch Operators.This position is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment while building strong relationships across the organization.What You’ll DoRun the full recruiting cycle for the Operations team, including Video and Alarm Dispatch OperatorsPost job openings across job boards, internal platforms, and sourcing channelsEvaluate resumes and conduct thorough phone screens to assess qualifications and culture fitSchedule and coordinate phone, onsite and virtual interviewsMaintain detailed records of phone screens, interviews, scheduling, and candidate communicationManage and maintain ATS data integrity, ensuring all candidates are updated appropriatelyReport recruiting metrics and hiring progress to HR leadershipBuild relationships with team members to encourage employee referralsSupport and maintain campus recruiting efforts through career fairs and table eventsSuggest and implement ongoing improvements to recruiting processesAssist with office administration related to HR activities as neededPlan and support team events that build rapport and uphold Becklar’s cultureEnsure a professional, positive, and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring processWork with the HR team to ensure Operators are licensed in the appropriate state. Track licenses, send licensing requirement notifications, and file applicationsWhat You’ll Need1+ year of recruiting or HR experience preferred, or a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong observational skills with the ability to assess candidates’ values, attitudes, and behaviorsComfort working under pressure in a changing environmentExperience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferredPassion and willingness to learn and grow in recruiting and HRAbility to work onsiteMust live in the Northern Utah areaWhat’s in it for you?At Becklar, we’re driven by a bold purpose: protecting people, property, and employees when it matters most.
