Key Responsibilities
Serve as a dedicated technical advisor for high-value enterprise accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding customer goals
Guide customers in designing and implementing secure, scalable API integrations and data workflows
Lead onboarding sessions and monitor account health, providing proactive support and optimization recommendations
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role
Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts with complex integration requirements
Deep understanding of APIs, data transformation, and integration architecture
Familiarity with enterprise security and data ecosystems
Confidence in collaborating with developers and senior security leaders
