Facility Maintenance Supervisor (Lab)

Job Location: Oceanside, CA Qualifications: High school diploma with Technical Trade Certificate 5 y of maintenance/facilities in an industrial and laboratory environment experience Maintenance and Facilities Lead, preventive and corrective maintenance experience Industrial process equipment and building systems, plan maintenance schedules. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Experience with cGMP and ISO standards Experience reading and commenting P&ID, PFD, and other technical drawings. Duties & Responsibilities: Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed. Review and write procedures and maintain maintenance related documentation updated. Manages inventory of parts and critical equipment. Ensures maintenance and repair work is completely safely, effectively, and in a timely manner. Tracks and logs contractors’ time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.
