Skills SetWe need resource who has experience in Contact Center applications like Cisco/NiCE/Genesys. The project is of migration from Cisco platform to NiCE platform. Anyone having knowledge of NiCE or Cisco would be excellent, but if we can get someone with Genesys knowledge, that will work also.
