Occupational Therapist (Contract Role)

"We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-weeks travel/contract assignment in Belen, NM 87002. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply."Job Details:Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMGuaranteed Hours: 35 hours per weekWeekly Pay Rate: $1540 - $1680Key Responsibilities:Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions to develop effective treatment plans.Provide therapy to improve motor skills, coordination, and activities of daily living (ADLs).Utilize therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology to enhance patient outcomes.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists.Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies for continued progress.Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations.Requirements:Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy with a minimum of a Master's Degree in OT.License: Active OT license.Experience: 1+ year of occupational therapy experience.Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.Ready to join us?
