Our Equipment/Fleet Coordinator make sure our products are received, stored and distributed accurately and efficiently. They are responsible for making sure that all equipment and supplies are prepared for the jobs with care and accuracy. This is a part-time position that will work up to, but not exceeding 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver professional, courteous, friendly, and accurate service.
Use the computer for inventory and enter information into the inventory management system.
Read work orders to determine items needed to prepare for jobs and prepare them accurately and timely.
Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence.
Handle shipping and receiving tasks.
Assemble and prepare equipment for job sites.
Clean and maintain the shop and equipment.
Assist and support Substation Technicians in the field.
Equipment ordering, receiving, labeling, and shipping.
New hire equipment ordering and shipping.
GPS assistance.
Owned fleet management.

High, medium, and low voltage testing of electrical power equipment

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Highly motivated self-starter with desire to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to pursue Education and Training in Electrical Technology and Power Distribution
Additional Requirements:
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to work overtime and travel out of town for periods of time
Able to climb ladders, stand for extended periods, able to lift 70 lbs
To bend, kneel, knee stand and squat up to 30 minutes at a time
To sit and stand for prolonged periods over 2 hours at a time according to job demands
To work outside in harsh weather conditions
To travel up to 15% of the time
To respond to emergency calls as needed
To work overtime on an as-needed basis
To wear personal protective equipment (such as fire-retardant clothing, steel-toe shoes, ear and eye protection)
Must have a valid driver's license and currently have and be able to maintain a good driving record
Complete a satisfactory criminal background check
